Happy to be losing body fat
I found Peak Weight Loss to be easier than I thought it would be. It's like eating a regular meal, but it teaches you how it eat better just by following simple guidelines and you lose weight.
The food tastes great
At first I was concerned because I had a reaction to (sucralose). After making adjustments, planning ahead for meals and snacks, it was easy. I feel lighter, clean ( not bloated) and have more energy. The concept with protein really makes sense. Your body adjusts easily. Weekly weigh ins provide encouragement. Most of all, it tastes good.
Easy to lose the weight
It was easy to lose the weight. It's a good program. I would recommend it.
Peak Medical Weight Loss is easier than I thought it would be, especially at work. I have more energy, confidence, and am happier. I even walk faster. My blood pressure, cholesterol and kidney problems are GONE! This program helped me and it could help others.
I have found Peak Weight Loss to be easier than I thought it would be. Once I got in the habit of following the program, it became routine. During the program, my health has improved. I have an auto immune disorder that is now in remission. I found I have a food sensitivity or allergy that was causing my health issues.
Three Sizes Down and Going
It's August 18th 2012, I have already lost 3 sizes since being on the Peak Medical Weight Loss Program only since March 2012. It's so easy...I didn't believe it could be this easy!! During the program I have felt more energy, more confident and it helped stabilize my blood pressure!
My Favorite Pants Are TOO BIG
I just wanted to say a few good words about the Peak Weight Loss plan. I've been on it since February 9th of 2012, today July 13th 2012, I had a weigh in and I have lost 31 pounds! I am very happy with my progress and the program has been much easier than I thought it would be. I've got on my best fitting pants that I own right now and they are way too big, so I am going shopping from here to buy some new pants!!
18 Pounds Go Bye Bye for Good
It's August 18th 2012, and I have been on the Peak Weight Loss Program since February 2012. I started at 158 pounds and I am down to 140 pounds! I've gone from a size 12 to between a size 6 and 8 depending on the style of dress.It was hard at the start because I really like carbs and chocolate a lot, but the Chocolate Pudding and Potato Puree really helped get me through. I feel great and I don't have as many aches and pains as I did before I started!
