Jeremiah Freedman D.C.

Dr. Jeremiah Freedman was born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and raised in Kent, Ohio. His interest in chiropractic began as a child when his family chiropractor took care of all his bumps and bruises.

It wasn’t until Dr. Freedman struggled with illness as an adult that his interest in chiropractic flared into a passion. Traditional medical doctors had given up on him and had told him he had to live with his pain, illness and discomfort. That’s when he turned to chiropractic and natural alternatives for help. His chiropractor at the time told him he wasn’t crazy and helped him make a full recovery.

There’s been no turning back. Dr. Freedman decided to dedicate his life to helping people discover that there are alternatives to pills, pain, and misery. A graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Freedman opened his own office back home and his stated purpose became “My goal is to be the doctor that people can go to when they’ve lost all hope. I want to be there for them, their children, and their children’s children.”

Deanna Freedman D.C.

Dr. Deanna Freedman, DC, is a chiropractor and wellness advocate who loves helping families thrive. She graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2003 and co-founded Peak Family Chiropractic with Dr. Jeremiah Freedman, where she has been supporting patients on their health journeys ever since.

Dr. Deanna has a soft spot for moms, kids, and babies and truly enjoys helping them feel their best. With more than 20 years of experience, she mixes chiropractic care with her passion for nutrition to create holistic, personalized solutions. Living gluten- and dairy-free for 15 years herself, she understands how powerful real, wholesome food can be and loves helping others discover it too.

When she's not at work, Dr. Deanna loves spending time with her husband and three kids. Together, they enjoy exploring national parks, hiking, traveling, and trying all kinds of adventures. She also finds relaxation and joy in playing the cello and getting lost in a good book.

Dr. Freedman’s goal is simple: to help families live healthier, happier lives by getting to the root of health challenges and creating lasting well-being. Whether you need care for your newborn or want to boost your family’s overall health, she is here to support you every step of the way.

KODY SEVERINO D.C.

Dr. Kody Severino earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mount Union before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

He resides in Copley, Ohio, with his wife, Aeriana, a high school math teacher at Highland High School. Together, they are active members of their community and share a passion for education, health, and wellness.

Nathaniel Betts D.C.

Except for my time away at Chiropractic School, I’ve been fortunate to call Northeast Ohio my lifelong home. Born and raised in Massillon, I graduated from Tuslaw High School in 2012. From when I was a kid, and all the way through high school, I played football primarily as a center.

But it wasn’t until my sophomore year that I encountered my first significant low back injury while performing a max-out lift before the season even started. With 315 pounds on the bar, I made it all the way to my 10th rep before I felt the bar slip and tried to catch it, resulting in a severe pull in my low back. It was during this period that I discovered the amazing benefits of chiropractic. All my trainers and coaches expected me to be out for many weeks of recovery, but my local chiropractor got me quickly back on the field, solidifying my belief in the ability of chiropractic care to change lives.

Following high school, I pursued higher education at Heidelberg University in Tiffin, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2016. While I was here, I played a year of college football, but faced knee and lower back injuries early on that prompted me to retire from the sport. It was during these years that my passion for chiropractic care solidified and I realized that my purpose in life was to serve as a chiropractor so I could “pay forward” the help I had received that kept me playing as long as I did. My decision to retire from football allowed me to prioritize my own physical well-being in order to assist others. This journey culminated in me earning a certification in Applied Kinesiology and my Doctorate in Chiropractic (DC) from Life University in Atlanta in 2020.

Having explored numerous chiropractic offices, I felt compelled to return to my beloved community of northeast Ohio so I could be here for my parents and extended family. My experiences ranged from shadowing in family practice settings to offices focusing on acute injuries, chronic conditions, and sports-related issues. These experiences reaffirmed my commitment to providing exceptional care that patients can rely on. Educating patients about chiropractic benefits and the potential to enhance daily life is immensely gratifying, and even more so because it’s in a community I’m happy to call home.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me outside, usually camping and hiking. I enjoy watching football and hockey, exploring new destinations, visiting local breweries with friends and family. But my favorite things to do are spending quality time with my significant other, my nephew and hanging with my dog, Pappi.

Brandon James D.C.

Dr. Brandon was born and raised in Barberton, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at The College of Wooster and then went on to Logan University to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Brandon has a huge passion for chiropractic and helping others after experiencing the benefits as a former football player dealing with debilitating back pain and as a father who saw his oldest child get healthy again after dealing with chronic constipation.

While playing football in undergrad at the College of Wooster, Dr. Brandon experienced a back injury that would flare up at least one a month. The injury would take him out of commission for days-to-weeks on end, keeping him from football and from enjoying his usual active lifestyle. Multiple visits to traditional doctors and physical therapists only brought limited results. It wasn’t until he visited his local chiropractor that he finally experienced real relief. These results not only brought pain-free training and performing but helped him to perform at a higher level too!

Now in his next adventure as a father of three young children, Dr. Brandon is particularly passionate about seeing the whole entire family live a healthy lifestyle and reaching their full potential to flourish. And he has first-hand experience from applying what he learned about chiropractic pediatrics to help his older son Brayden. Brayden was born premature and had a stressful start to life, including challenges with bowel movements right from birth. As he got older, he would resist having a bowel movement because of his discomfort and this would lead to 20-30-minute meltdowns on the toilet. After adjusting Brayden and making nutrition changes to his diet, things improved so much over just a few months that he no longer had trouble with going to the bathroom. As a parent, that’s a win for sure! After seeing so many benefits for him and his family, Dr. Brandon made it his mission to share chiropractic and holistic healthcare with families, parents, and athletes alike and to empower others so that they too can live a life without being limited or held-back by their health.

Away from the office, Dr. Brandon enjoys spending time with his kids Brayden, Elijah, and Zhuri. And when he’s not busy being a dad, he enjoys watching fall football and spending as much time outside as possible hiking, fishing, golfing, or in the garden. He loves good food and enjoys checking out new restaurants in the Northeast Ohio area, so please make sure you share your favorites the next time you see him!!

Jonathan Hoyas D.C.

Dr. Jon was born in Gates Mills and raised in Strongsville, Ohio. He’s a proud graduate of Saint Ignatius High School (Class of 2015), where he competed on the crew team, and went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Miami University of Ohio in 2019.

During college, he worked as a personal trainer for three years—using his education to improve not only his own wellness but also the health and confidence of those around him.

His journey into chiropractic care began with his own personal challenge. After graduating, Dr. Jon experienced a serious low back injury that caused pain to radiate down both legs, making even basic movement difficult. Determined to find a solution that addressed the root cause—not just the symptoms—he turned to chiropractic care. Within months of receiving his first adjustment, his mobility returned, his pain subsided, and he was back to doing what he loved without limitations. That experience inspired a new calling: to help others regain their health and quality of life through chiropractic care.

Dr. Jon enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he immersed himself in intensive study and hands-on clinical work. He explored a wide range of chiropractic techniques—from upper cervical to soft tissue and pelvic approaches—building a versatile, full-spine style that allows him to meet the unique needs of every patient.

During his time at Palmer, Dr. Jon met his now-wife, Dr. Kennie, while they were both in Student Clinic. They quickly discovered a shared passion for serving others and even worked together on patient care. Today, both Dr. Jon and Dr. Kennie are serving their Northeast Ohio community with dedication and heart.

Outside the office, you’ll likely find Dr. Jon lifting weights at the gym, out on the golf course, grabbing a bite at Chipotle, or spending time at home with Dr. Kennie and their family.

Brooke Six D.C.

Dr. Brooke Six grew up in Navarre, Ohio, and graduated from Fairless High School before earning her bachelor’s degree from Walsh University. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan University, where she discovered just how powerful chiropractic care can be in helping people live healthier, fuller lives.

From a young age, Brooke witnessed how health challenges, whether through drug addiction, surgeries, or medication—can ripple through entire families. Those experiences gave her both a deep respect for medicine and a strong desire to help people find natural, lasting solutions to their health struggles. She was drawn to chiropractic because it focuses on the body as a whole, uncovers the root cause of issues, and empowers people to take an active role in their own healing.

For Dr. Brooke, chiropractic is about creating a safe space where patients feel truly heard and supported. Her heart is especially with women and families. Her mission is to walk alongside families through every stage of life, offering care that restores hope, builds resilience, and nurtures lifelong wellness.

Outside the office, Dr. Brooke loves traveling, trying new experiences, and spending time with her favorite people. Whether she’s cheering on her younger brother at his sporting events, making memories with her boyfriend and friends, or enjoying family time, these connections fuel her passion for caring for others. She believes every family deserves the chance to live well, thrive together, and create a healthy, joyful life.
